As of right now, I’ve continued loosing weight! Also, I’ve lost inches throughout the challenge a victory in my opinion. Overall, I’m glad to have started the challenge as I have seen results. Nonetheless, I plan to continue following the plan as there is many easy-to-follow recipes. As a mom, I need recipes that are easy and delicious! Many times, continuing a meal plan has become difficult due to the lack of creativity in recipes. Thankfully, with Always Eat After 7PM I have recipes with food list that help me prepare for the week.
