Wow, it has been quite a month with ups and downs. As of right now, I can honestly say that I’m glad I gave myself the opportunity to read Always Eat After 7PM. In the last 30 days, I was able to learn more about the foods I love. Many times, I’ve tried following meal plans that excluded most of the foods I enjoy the most. That’s why, I found myself starting and quitting a weight-loss journey time and time again.
