Today I’m going to be sharing my top 5 Beauty Hacks For The Gym because we all need to know them. As a beauty lover there are things I can’t live without but at the gym they are completely not allowed. 2 Keep Your Hands Moisturize – One of the things I noticed when I first started on this journey was how dry my hands would be by the end of my workout. I suggest using an extra hydrating lotion on your hands before hitting the gym.
3 No Chapped Lips – While doing cardio lips tend to get dry and chapped which is totally normal. That’s why I always apply my favorite lip balm before hitting the treadmill.
