I personally enjoy focusing on legs and glutes because none of the pain I experience is in those areas. Squats have proven to be very popular in the fitness world, but giving them a push can make a huge difference. Find a place nearby that has steps and use that for squats. Simply jump up the steps and land in a squat position. This adds more intensity which helps the exercise give better results. I recommend doing 3 sets of 15 each, however you can do what works best for you.
