By now, I’ve tried a good set of plans, diets, challenges, ect. Without a doubt, there is a reason as to why I always have to start again on a weight-loss journey since 2018. Most of the time, the plans consist of something that is hard for me to follow. For instance, a limited amount of hours to eat. First of all, I like to eat which is why I struggle with my weight. Thankfully, Always Eat After 7PM makes dieting easy and eliminates 90% of the reasons for resistance. One of them, being able to eat after 7PM! That alone, should be a reason to try the program by Joel Marion.

Without a doubt, most of us have been told to stopped eating couple of hours before bedtime. However, those of us that are parents aren’t sure of our daily bedtime. For instance, I might go to sleep at 10PM tonight and tomorrow at midnight! With that being said, restricting myself from food since 8PM or earlier would be a bit to much for those longer nights. Thankfully, “research shows that the average person’s metabolic rate is no different during sleep than during the day. In short, your metabolism doesn’t slow down at night. Nor does your body store fat at the end of the day. Whether it’s 8 am or 8 pm, you use food for energy the same way” as mentioned on Always Eat After 7PM.
